The hacker tweeted the pastebin link to the dump "http://pastebin.com/uAuvnQwG".
The dump contains the large number of emails end with the : dia.mil,ncis.navy.mil,state.gov,us.army.mil, dhs.gov, including ic.fbi.gov.
The dump also contains the username and password details. If the victims use the same password for other account, then it is possible for hackers to take over those accounts also.
The SQL injection vulnerability in their website allowed him to the gain the access. The vulnerability has been provided in the pasebin.
Most of the password used by them are very weak password such as 123456, password, security, 1111.
