An Anonymous hacker known as @Visi0nZ hacked and compromised the accounts from the Ontario Association Of Chiefs Of Police website(oacp.ca); hacker dubbed the operation as "#OpPiggyBank ".
Hacker leaked the accounts details in pastebin which contains the username, email address and passwords in plain text.

Th association take down the website after it was hacked by Visi0nZ ;The website is displaying a message stating that it was 'under maintenance'.
"We pulled our site down so it's not accessible. It appears this was really meant to embarrass, to send a message to Ontario's police leaders."—CBC newsquoted as OACP spokesman Joe Couto saying. Ontario provincial police are investigating the breach to determine how much information was accessed, Mr. Couto said.
