License Minnesota and Official Website of Sison,Pangasinan hacked by @_Lulzr00t

Hacker named Lulzr00t hacked into the official website of Sison,Pangasinan and leaked some data including officials name,phone number and position in pastehtml page.

Also he hacked the License Minnesota website using the Cross site scripting vulnerability(Non-Persistent) .
