Hackers Nyro Hacker & HACKER_M329 hacked and defaced the more 11 countries Defence Ministries websites.

This is not the first time, hackers defacing those sites.  Last month, Indian hacker 'ro0t_d3vil' from Indian Cyber Army(Indishell) hacked and defaced the 17 Countries Defence Ministries websites.

This clearly indicates that Webmasters didn't fix the vulnerability . It seems like they don't care about their website security.
