On 23 July pro-Palestinian computer hackers demanded to establish Arab control over Jerusalem.
The message, posted on the website of the party, stated that Jerusalem belongs to the Palestinian. Also, audio praising Allah and image of the Dome of the Rock Mosque on the Temple mount.
However, the left party "Meretz" has consistently stood for a peaceful solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. The party also opposes to the construction of Jewish settlements on the West Bank of the Jordan river and requires the protection of human rights in the Palestinian territories.
The hackers reported that they will continue to hack websites in order to send messages on behalf of Palestine and all Arabs.
"We will not allow to kill Muslims around the world. Stop killing us", - stated in the message.
