The Pirate Bay, one of the famous websites that provides torrent files, has released "PirateBrowser" which is described as a browser that allows users to access the Pirate Bay and other blocked sites.
The browser is based on Firefox 23 bundled with a Tor client and some proxy configurations to speed up loading.
Despite the inclusion of TOR, Torrentfreak notes that it doesn't actually provide any anonymity for its users, it is simply designed to evade the censorship.
The Pirate Bay team told TorrentFreak that "they are also working on a special BitTorrent-powered browser, which lets users store and distribute The Pirate Bay and other websites on their own."
"In theory, this will allow sites to exist and update even without having a public facing website. As a result, it will be virtually impossible to block or shut them down."
Report says the browser is available at "piratebrowser.com". However, i'm not able to access that website.
